About me
As the Founder and Principal of Shiso, I apply an intersectional equity lens to business development, tech, and policy challenges. I create systems and frameworks to elevate and restore equity in our institutions. My approach is data-driven, creative, and holistic; shaped by my expertise in environmental justice, policy, and tech. My inspiration comes from the arts, spirituality, and service. I believe in the triple bottom line - people, planet, profit - and invest in and advise women of color founders. I am available for speaking engagements, advising, consulting, communications review, equity assessments, workshop facilitation, and creative collaborations.
